Loved the cute outdoor patio and refreshing pool—great for chilling out! Perfectly located across from the Hemingway House, making it easy to explore. Enjoyed happy hour cocktails too!
The walls were so thin, I felt like I was part of my neighbors’ conversations; I didn’t need a front-row seat to their drama!

Perfect spot near Hemingway House
Had a nice stay! Super friendly staff helped us check in early. Our room was clean and comfy, right by the pool, which was lovely for chilling. The mojito bar was fun, though drinks were on the pricey side. Location's amazing, just a stone's throw from the Hemingway House and Duval St The only hiccup was parking. street spots seemed tough.

Upon arrival, we found our surroundings charming. The staff was attentive, making our stay enjoyable. We could walk easily to nearby attractions and ended up parking around three blocks away, which was manageable despite initial stress. The complimentary breakfast was a nice way to start the day, especially enjoying it with the adorable onsite chickens. I loved relaxing by the peaceful garden area and taking a dip in the refreshing pool. One minor drawback was the limited sunbeds at the pool, so get there early! 🐔

We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool after a day of kayaking. The location near the Hemingway house was perfect for our sightseeing plans, and the comfortable beds made relaxing at the end of the day easy.
In my wife's opinion, complimentary breakfast options could be improved for families.

Couple seeking a well-located getaway
I enjoyed the atmosphere it offered. The location is unbeatable, just a block away from major attractions. I was treated like a king, especially when I ordered drinks by the pool and they brought food directly to me, now that's service! Plus, the fact that I got to relax while looking at the Hemingway house every day made it surreal.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but came with it is an experience worth while.

Had an awesome group trip with friends! We spent our days kayaking and enjoying a game of corn hole. The location is great for exploring nearby attractions, and we loved the relaxing atmosphere at the hotel. Breakfast had good options, and the staff was helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
One downside was the noise from roosters at night, which disrupted our sleep. We asked for a fan from the front desk, which helped a little, but bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
